About Me

Still early in my audio engineering career, I’ve gone from mixing at small cap venues in downtown Toronto to taking on bigger productions as a freelancer and joining the production crew at the Aga Khan Museum. My experience with corporate events, high-end weddings, political conferences and donor galas has endowed me with a certain professionalism and allowed me be trusted around high profile clients, notably Mayor Olivia Chow, former Prime Minister Jean Chrétien and His Highness the Aga Khan.

In my live sound work, I have a very flexible approach and specialize in setting up DIY-style shows and productions in unorthodox spaces (such as with Tapestry Jam and Get Loud Concerts), always striving to overcome acoustical and logistical barriers to bring unique concert ideas to life. I have an appreciation for working with global musicians and can adapt to the technical needs of everything between fusion to more traditional musical styles.

I also work as a recording/mixing engineer and studio assistant, working with various genres but specializing in multitrack mixing for live recordings. My philosophy as a mixer is to preserve the essence of live performances, polishing without overproducing nor diluting their authenticity and unique feel. I like to work on projects that reflect my diverse roots and help bridge the systemic gaps in our industry, such as the South Asian Music Accelerator program by Arthaus Music.

I believe in approaching every gig with understanding and respect, while continuing to learn and absorb meaningful experiences along the way. I look forward to working together :)
